Twice yearly, AUSfund conducts an Address Matching Service (AM) to help participating funds locate current addresses for lost members and return their status to ‘active’.
Locating lost members improves retention rates and removes members from the Lost Member Register. This reduces the chance of your members being poached by competing funds.
AM is conducted under an agreement negotiated by AUSfund with Veda, which maintains a database containing most adult Australians who are credit active, have made an insurance claim, have connected to a utility or are listed on a publicly available record. Address Matching gives participating funds access to one of the largest, most up-to-date sources of data to update member details.
Since 2003, Address Matching has processed 3.08 million records for AUSfund and the funds working with us and provided new addresses for nearly 22.48% of those members supplied by our participating funds.
